TRAINING THE RESTORATION TECHNICIANS OF OUR CUSTOMERS

York offers all its restoration customers an IICRC Continuing Education Course reviewing all products and technology developed by us. The course is broken into three sections with a written test at the end of each segment.

For those of you who do not like exams, these are open book tests and are designed to be part of the leaning process. The course takes a minimum of six hours and is conducted at the location of our customers. The cost of the training program is $39.00 per person up to 10 people with additional attendees free. There is also a cost of $5.00 for every person attending the course to cover course material and completion certificates. This low cost encourages participation by all members of our customers' staffs and some even invite friends from other companies.

Each technician completing the course who is registered with IICRC will earn one full credit.

At the conclusion of each course the attendees are asked to complete an evaluation form. In the history of our company all of people taking the course have indicated it was worthwhile and would definitely help them in the future

Many of the products are demonstrated as part of the course as this helps technicians have a better understanding of their application.
